Well I made it to end. I still have to pack everything up. This should be fun, considering, I didn't unpack it. So I hope the home office doesn't mind stuff randomly thrown in boxes! ;)
I'm kind of sad, to see it end. If any of you have been in plays, you know how much you want it to be over, and then when it is, you miss it. Well, last night, while we were doing our last closing stuff, the mall came to take down the set. I have to admit, I got a little teary. It has been my home away from home for 3 weeks now. And it was so pretty. To watch these burley, sweaty men, tear everything apart, was a little disturbing. I wish I didn't have to witness it. It will be hard enough to go back to an empty spot.
I know...I'm a dorkus. It's easier to be one- a dorkus- when ya own it like I do! :)
My mom taught me a long ago, Easter and Easter Bunny, are different. So I have always done Easter Bunny/baskets, on Saturday. The kids woke up to an Easter Basket, beside their bed. Parker was shocked! He said, "When did the Easter Bunny go to the store!?" haha...I think he was impressed that I got it all done! After Basket were gone through, we took Jack and Em... Parker came along, cuz it was at Wheeler Farm, and Nick was at a scout campout... to the Easter Egg hunt. Jack was pretty clueless, but loved being at the farm. Check out the video! SO funny!!
